Staff Management
In built Time & Attendance is a key part of the Gardiff system. Employee records including personal, employment, financial and contact information can be easily maintained from the Back Office. Fine grained access security can be assigned to staff allowing total control over what employee can access at both POS and Back Office applications. Shift management is also included, providing the ability to edit POS shift logins or create manual entries.
Loyalty & Accounts
Gardiff Back Office has a comprehensive customer & business accou nt module catering for debtors, management or promotional expense, outgoings or voucher accounts. Specific options such as credit limits, loyalty price levels, discounts, invoicing terms, account contacts, etc can all be explored within each of the available templates.
